ARRL Headquarters will be temporarily closed today from 1530 UTC (11:30 AM EDST) to 1800 UTC (2 PM EDST) for a staff appreciation picnic and Headquarters FM Sprint contest. No online services will be affected by this closure.

ARRL Report: North Korea Testing Digital Broadcasting on 80 Meters

Radio World reports that the People’s Democratic Republic of Korea (North Korea) has resumed testing digital radio broadcasting on the 80-meter amateur band after a 2-year absence.
