Group Training - Introduction to Search and rescue for AREC members

With a return to face to face meetings after the easing of Covid restrictions AREC training for this month was a basic introduction to the AREC role in Land Search and Rescue.

This session is designed to cover the requirements of the AREC competency framework - Level 1.1 of the SAR stream.

This training is designed for entry level AREC members or members with no background in Land Search and Rescue.
